826michigan is Ann Arbor, Michigan’s local chapter of 826 Valencia — a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting under-resourced students ages 6-18 with their creative writing skills.

Their Robot Supply & Repair Store is a cheeky storefront that sells “robot supplies” in order to raise money for the on-site educational workshops at 826michigan.

I designed these tote bags for 826michigan, to help raise funds for their programs. We wanted to depict a fun “robot version” of Ann Arbor that would be playful and recognizable to families visiting the store.
